Tee Time Reservation Terms and Conditions

Online Bookings

Full payment is required to secure the booking.

Bookings made through Office/Pro-Shop

A £30 per head non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. A provisional booking will be held for 14 days after which the tee time will be released.

Final confirmation of playing numbers and balance payment is required 7 days before the date of play unless by prior arrangement with the Club General Manager.

Please note that non-refundable deposits will not be offset against reduced playing group members.

Societies

Society rates will be offered to groups of more than 12 players.

Please note, in the event of fewer than 12 players attending, the appropriate full Green Fee for those playing will apply.

Adverse Weather

If you are unable to complete your round due to course closure, you will be entitled to re-book.

No refund will be given if the course is open and you choose not to play.
