Caldy is a par 72, 6714 yard Championship golf course located on the beautiful Wirral peninsula. Boasting incredible views over the North Wales coast, River Dee and Hilbre Island as well as the hills of Thurstaston.
Visitors and members alike are always welcomed by our friendly Pro Shop team led by our Professional, Alan Gibbons, our bar and catering team from Pickled Walnut and our office staff, headed by General Manager, Mr Richard Beswick.
With 5 sets of tees, ranging from the 6714 yard white tees, to the 4126 yard brown course, Caldy has something for every level of golfer.
With the largest practice facility in the surrounding area, Caldy gives all golfers the chance to hone their skills before their round. The facility is managed via tokens, purchased from the Pro Shop. The Pro Shop is always well stocked with up to date golf clothing and equipment as well as Caldy branded memorabilia to remind you of your day playing our wonderful course.
The course itself is a well-manicured challenge which never plays the same thanks to the very changeable wind here at Caldy. With USGA specification greens, we hope to offer all golfers a true roll on the ball and a putt that, when hit right, finds the bottom of the hole. Take a moment when arriving at the 3rd and 4th tees to take in the beautiful views of Wales and the River Dee, our views are unrivalled by our peers.
Once you’ve completed your long walk up the par 5 18th hole, enjoy our shower and changing facilities, recently renovated to the highest standards. Follow this by relaxing in our fully stocked bar and enjoy seasonal menus provided by locally renowned caterers Pickled Walnut. Whatever your taste, there is always something for you at Caldy Golf Club.
We truly hope that every visit to Caldy is a pleasurable and enjoyable experience and would always welcome feedback via our social media platforms, Twitter, Facebook or Trip Advisor.
